Formed in 2006, Celtic Property Management focused on providing high-quality service to real estate owners and their tenants. We partner with various businesses and manage multi-family residential properties.
We currently manage 1400+ units. Our team continually tries to change the standards in property management by taking care of properties with an ownership mentality. We are flexible enough to adapt and operate our company, yet keep sight of the fact that we are a service organization. By understanding our investors’ needs and desires, we work hard to ensure the best possible outcomes for each investment.

Todd Ladish, Managing Partner
Todd attended Johnson County Community College and the University of Kansas before starting his career in real estate. In 1995, he founded Celtic Holdings, LLC, to own and manage single-family homes and duplexes, while continuing to work for more than eight years in sales and management in the remodeling and concrete industries.
In 2003, he became the regional manager for a start-up commercial cleaning and maintenance firm, building the business to over $2 million in annual gross sales in three years. Todd also worked in the banking industry for over two years, learning the specifics of the multi-family lending practices. He left the bank in 2006 and founded Celtic Property Management. Todd is an avid basketball and sports fan. He resides in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife, Jennifer, and three daughters.
